3. Orders & Approval
3.1 Order Submission
All orders must be submitted through:

- In-person or phone communication
3.2 Artwork & Files
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring files are accurate, complete, and meet our technical requirements
- Providing high-resolution artwork
- Confirming you have the legal right to use all submitted content
3.3 Proof Approval
For most projects, we provide digital or physical proofs.
Production begins only after your approval.
Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in:
- Spelling / grammar
- Colors
- Layout or design
- File resolution or quality
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Pricing
Prices depend on:
- Quantity
- Material
- Finishing
- Design complexity
- Urgency
We may update prices at any time.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment may be required:
- Fully upfront
- Partially upfront (deposit)
- On delivery (if agreed in writing)

We are not liable for delays caused by delivery companies or customs.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Customer Content
You retain ownership of your files and artwork.
By submitting them, you grant us permission to:
- Print, process, or modify them solely for production purposes.
6.2 Our Content
All website content, designs, templates, and materials belong to us and may not be:
- Copied
- Reused
- Modified
- Distributed
without our written permission.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
7.1 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before:
- Production starts
- Materials are purchased
- Proofs are approved
Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
7.2 Refunds
Refunds may be provided in cases of:
- Manufacturing errors
- Incorrect materials used
- Severe print defects
Refunds are not provided for:
- Errors found after customer approval
- File issues supplied by the customer
- Minor color variations due to printing processes
7.3 Reprints
If an issue is our responsibility, we may offer:
- A full reprint
- Partial reprint
- Credit for future orders
8. Content Responsibility & Restrictions
You agree NOT to submit content that:
- Violates copyrights
- Contains illegal or harmful material
- Includes offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
- Violates privacy or trademarks
We reserve the right to refuse such orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses due to late delivery
- Minor color variations
- Customer-provided file errors
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.
